The seven “C”s to communication credibility!

  • correct (get it right - grammar, spelling)
  • consistent (follow a stylebook)
  • clear (use simple words, short sentences, short paragraphs)
  • concise (save people time)
  • coherent (think structure, organization)
  • complete (answer the questions)
  • creative (be interesting, don’t bore)
