The 10/20/30 Rule for PowerPoint

A PowerPoint presentation should have no more than ten slides, last no more than twenty minutes, and contain no font smaller than thirty points.

I believe that effective communication is essential for succeeding any major change. If the stakeholders do not understand the change and do not have the necessary information to change, then how can we expect a project to succeed?
