This small phrase, “It’s good to talk”, often crops up in my mind. It was used by British Telecom as an advertisement when I was growing up and it really has stuck since.It can apply to so many situations and, not least, in a professional context…

I believe that effective communication is essential for succeeding any major change. If the stakeholders do not understand the change and do not have the necessary information to change, then how can we expect a project to succeed?

This blog is a notepad for my personal learning curve. It may contain notes from reading I find useful and relevant, good ideas I pick up from time to time and lessons learned from my own professional experience.
