    Thanks for the kind words – as with all our publications, their value lies in the fact that they’re based on the opinion, views and experiences of people like you, who out there working on this stuff all the time.

    Have you had a chance to look at the final report yet? Great comments from people like Roger D’Aprix about the role of internal communicators when it comes to change.

    He doesn’t mince his words about the need for internal comms people to be more aware of the external aspects of the business when it’s going through a period of change.

    He says “They’ve focused on the media and content they create without understanding the organization they’re part of, and more particularly the marketplace. It may be getting a bit better, but this aspect needs work and communicators must pay more attention to it.”
