Have you had a chance to look at the final report yet? Great comments from people like Roger D&#039;Aprix about the role of internal communicators when it comes to change. 

He doesn&#039;t mince his words about the need for internal comms people to be more aware of the external aspects of the business when it&#039;s going through a period of change. 

He says “They’ve focused on the media and content they create without understanding the organization they’re part of, and more particularly the marketplace. It may be getting a bit better, but this aspect needs work and communicators must pay more attention to it.”
