<description>Breaks are good! For the first time ever I took a month away from work this year. It was so good I&#039;ll be doing it every year from now on.

Your suggestion to look back through the rest of your site was a good one - I was really pleased to find the summary of cultural dimensions - a perfect fit to go in the latest Melcrum report!

Enjoy your break. Look forward to hearing more from you when you&#039;re back.

<description>Thanks Mike, I&#039;ve been leaving a bit of a void for a while, so best I make it official and come back fresh after a rest!

Keep in touch,

		<description>Nicholas...

An apartment in Paris--how awesome. I just rented a lovely one in Delft, between The Hague and Rotterdam...

Will miss you in the blogosphere--the number of change communicators out here is alarmingly small. And I&#039;ll do my part to fill the void you&#039;re leaving.

Hope to see you back soon.

All the best,

Mike Klein
